Kai Lan 5 - 10 g

Place noodles and the prawn wantons into 400cc of briskly boiling water and stir gently for 3 minutes.
Cut the Kai Lan into halves and place them into the boiling water. Stir together with the noodles for 30 seconds.
Add seasoning and chili powder. Mix well.
Ready to be served.

Place noodles into 400cc of briskly boiling water and stir gently for 3 minutes.
Add seasoning and chili powder. Mix well.
Transfer the noodles into a serving bowl before placing the piece of cheese on top of the noodles. Allow the cheese to melt.
Sprinkle the seaweeds on the cheese.
Ready to be served.

Seafood Miso Egg Noodles
with melted cheese and seaweed

Fish Slices, Shrimp, Crab Sticks )

Bring water to boil. Add in the Kai Lan and seafood. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until seafood is almost cooked.
In a separate pot,bring water to boil. Add in the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Drain noodles from excess water.
Add noodles into the seafood mix and stir in the instant miso sauce.
Garnish with spring onion.
Ready to be served.

Mee Goreng
with Egg and Shrimps

Shrimps, shelled and deveined 3-5 pcs

Fry the egg and set aside.
Cut the shrimps to small pieces and fry. Save the remaining oil.
Boil the noodles for 3 minutes. Drain the liquid and transfer to a plate.
Mix in the seasoning, soy sauce, and chili powder.
Top with fried egg and shrimps. Drip the remaining oil on the top of the noodles for extra zest.
Ready to be served.

Baby bok choy (xiao bai cai), trimmed to shorter lengths 3 bunches

egg, beaten with 1/2 tsp light soy sauce added 1 pc

frozen vegetables (peas/carrots/corn), thawed 150g

Cooking oil 2 tbsps

Garlic cloves, peeled and chopped finely 4 pcs

Light soy sauce 1 tbsp

Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp

Dash of ground white pepper

Place noodles into boiling water and stir continuously for 2- 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in wok and fry garlic till fragrant. Add sliced sausages and frozen vegetables; stir fry for another minute.
Add cooked egg noodles. Add seasonings and using either a pair of kitchen tongs, stir well so that the seasonings are absorbed evenly. Add baby bok choy and stir fry until they are cooked (less than a minute).
Pour beaten egg slowly and evenly over the noodles. Stir fry everything in the wok until the egg is cooked. Season to taste with salt, if needed.
