The R&D, training and the supply chain functions in the factory provide holistic manufacturing support to ensure quality products. The 72 sqm of R&D section focuses on enhancing the existing products as well as to develop new noodle series which targets to a different market segments. The R&D team also play an important role to ensure the high level of food safety standard in the factory. Currently the factory is producing 5 flavours of instant noodles and egg noodles under the Tip Top brand. |

Training is a critical success factor to the factory and the management has allocated 60 sqm as the training facility within the factory. The training team conducts regular training on the manufacturing SOPs, hygiene and cleanliness, product quality and job safety. All employees must go through 3 months of training before they are certified as qualified operator of the factory. Re-training also makes an important part of the entire training programme to reinforce the skill and knowledge of each employee. Well trained employees form the foundation of quality products to our customers. |
